Antoni was one of the participants in the asthma control evaluation program conducted among asthma patients in Poland organized by FindAir. During the program, he agreed to talk about his experience with the FindAir system and how it has influenced his asthma control.
Achieving well-control asthma
Proper asthma control depends on many various factors. Paying close attention to all of them is a key to well-adjusted therapy. Sadly monitoring the circumstances of all exacerbations may be very problematic, since there are so many factors that need to be taken into consideration.
Asthma is 70 percent in the head. That means the main issue in achieving good asthma control is remembering everything. When using an FindAir app and FindAir ONE device, you don’t have to do that. I keep track how many times i have used the inhaler. This is very helpful because I don’t have to keep it in my memory.
